There is no standard for originality in art or story within Chinese Manhua.
Finding a manhua with original art and story of high quality is very rare.
As for the characters, they are mostly all vile or pathetic including the MC.
Hard agree. I could never understand why they'd make the MLs so unlikable and unkind and then have the FL go though something traumatic in the past but never faces it and just runs away from it
The only chinese Manhua that I've enjoyed is the Empress's Harem. It's not too annoying.
'Who is the prey' is very good. But is a VERY dark and twisted story. There is another one with a badass Musician FL and her relationship with a surgeon but I can't remember the name.
Chinese Manhua lacks everything Japanese manga and Korean manhwa have that makes it special.
I cant tell you the amount of times I tried a Manhua and it always turns out to have the same plot, character design and awful translation. I've really tried them over and over in hope of finding something I would enjoy but all of them are garbage.
This one in particular is awful. Youre not going to try forcing me to believe shes gonna fall in love with her rapist. Naw. Done with it.
