The doc is making him bang old dudes because uke feels responsible for his mother's death and longs for his father's acceptance but at the same time, he resents his father for never loving or accepting him. Uke also thinks/knows that his father blames him for his mother's death; so as gross as it sounds the old dude acts as a substitute for his father, violent sex acts as a form of punishment from his father. Theoretically, this could lead to some degree of catharsis because through punishment he can repent for his "sins" and be freed from guilt. Or I'm just overthinking things lol. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
