I knew chance and kucious were up to something, i don't like it.

Lucius is trying to hook Chance and Henry up I think. I think he feels guilty that what happened the night the wishes were made between him and Henry and that jump into the past and those 2 hooking up caused his sister to reject Chance and kill herself. Pretty much Lucius and Henry definitely fell for each other during the jump back in time (I think Lucius was already in love with him honestly and that's what the 2nd wish ends up being about) and it has kind of ruined all 4 of their lives.
