The author has confirmed that Mine does not like Take in that way. I'm not sure where you get that Mine likes Take in that way? The manga obviously shows that Mine likes Take more only for his body and the sex but he clearly loves Hiroi. Take has also made it clear that he likes Mine because Mine loves Hiroi and doesn't love him(Take). If Mine starts loving Take, I really don't think Take would do anything. He would probably lose interest in MIne,

There's a difference between attraction and affection. If all a relationship takes is attraction then that's sad. If all your relationship has is just sex, then that's just sad. It is clear that Mine only loves Hiroi romantically and Take as a friend. Even the author has stated this and has said that this is the exact reason why Take fell in love with Mine. And I really don't see any attraction for Mine towards Take besides sex. So they should build a r/s together just because Take gives better sex than Hiroi? So your 'clearly' is really biased.
Have you read the manga? Who does Mine clearly leans towards? The first person he looks for? When Take is alone, he's like 'where's Hiroi' and gets sad when Hiroi's not there to greet him. Don't let your biase change the way you read the manga.
honestly i think Mine do like Take..Take like Mine.Hirori might like Mine but he don't love him..n hiroi see that Mine and take feel some type of way bout each other and being selfish
