Single, but just agreed to date Hwi. How are we overlooking this? Does that mean nothing? I mean, he just agreed to date Hwi like the day before.

People are getting mad because, while yes he is single, he’s fucking with Hwi’s feelings at the same time. He knows Hwi likes him, he agreed to go on a date with him, but then he starts going around with Mr. Han. Yeah, he can do what he wants but he needs to just leave Hwi if that’s the case

But in a sad reality Hwi knew from the beginning Param had feelings for Mr. Han, He knew it was a sex-exclusive relationship. So he had 2 choices continue pursuing him or cut Param off.

You can't expect someone to like you off the bat as soon as they confess, that is not how it works.

He chooses to continue knowing the risks since ye knew Mr.Han was interested too in Param and he knew he had to make his move since Mr.Han was on the winning side because Param has like him since the beginning of the whole story.

I mean yeah but considering Hwi had asked him on a date and Param agreed? Anyone would take that as a sort of “I like you too” moment, and probably assume that the other crush wasn’t really there anymore. It’s only been a few chapters but it’s just gone downhill from there. After agreeing to a date, it’s just Param messing with his feelings. I don’t think Hwi knows that Param is even going so far with Han either, which is probably why he asked him on a date in the first place.

By the way, I’m not trying to argue. Just saying what I think based on comments I’ve read and my own opinion

And yeah, I know you said that it’s a date and not a relationship, but after everything I think it’s safe to say that Hwi was obviously going to think that.

Replying to your comment I mean is not like Param has had accepted more then one date or even said it directly. I would agree with you if Param had been leading him on since the beginning but it was just shown to him that Hwi is interesting in him and it shows that Param is going to be confused. It’s a little unfair to Param if he is expected to know his feelings from one day to another.

I learn from my dating experience just because someone goes on dates with you doesn’t mean they like you. /: Both have to be communicative, if Hwi isn’t then it will be his own expectations hurting him and Param needs to be honest if he agrees to keep dating Hwi.

And I completely understand what you’re saying, I guess we just see it differently lol. Just, yes you obviously should straight up think someone’s feelings are the same as yours, but it’s also obviously something that people are going to believe. Personally, I wouldn’t go on a date with someone unless I like them (although I want to admit that I was pressured into one when I was younger) but other than that? No way. Yes, Param can’t suddenly just make up the decision on whether he likes Hwi or not, but of course it’s going to get his hopes up. Honestly yes, both of them need to communicate better about that. Hwi should probably ask about Han, but Param should also explain his feelings to the both of them
