Sorry but it is rape dude. A person can’t consent when they’re drunk. Anytime anyone is inebriated whether it alcohol or drugs they can’t consent. Like even if they verbally say yes it still doesn’t make it okay and is still considered rape because they’re intoxicated. Please look it up
