the way I see it is that he does live all of them but not in that way. he grew up with pretty much all of them (except Lucy and Wendy) so he sees them as family. and its obvious that the way he acts with Lucy is completely different but I think that this just shows he hasn't understood yet what those feelings are exactly. as for what u said about Cana yeah they haven't interacted much but they've known each other since they were kids so they're bound to care about each other.

Yeah Gray has reached the point to consider romance that’s why Juvia is placed high up but Natsu...I don’t think that romance has ever crossed his mind which I’m gonna cry abt because edolas Natsu is a step ahead :(((. Natsu is the kind of guy who just doesn’t want to dive into romance and focus on the fight, friends/family, and the guild in general
To be honest with you. I think till now Natsu has never interacted with Juvia properly cause their was not even a single moment of Juvia and Natsu together (yeah their is that rainy village moment) I don't think they have ever talked also with each other properly. You can say this is just like other guild ladies like the one with Elfman and the one with that poison dragon Slayer
And yeah has anyone noticed even Levy is not their too. Can someone tell me how is their relationship with each other because to me I think they didn't had alot of talk and I think except for that gender bender and that Lauxus barrier moment . They had pretty less talk with each other

I never said he saw those girls romantically like Lucy. Gray just went ahead of Natsu and realized her romantic feelings where he put Juvia first. Natsu is an idiot and hasn’t realized what romantic and family love is
I can’t think of a fucking reason why for Natsu it is a harem instead, and Cana is in it too, their interactions are so freaking limited, and Wendy is a freaking child compared to him! Erza’s heart has already belonged to someone else and Natsu knows that, Mirajane is more like a sister, leaving only two left. If you tell me he treats these girls all the same, that’s a fucking lie.
