They are quite happy together. He finds out it was her. He is battling with himself because he loves her but also hates her. She gets injured and thats when he realizes he can't lose her and he loves her. So they talk it over and she says the truth about her condition. There are still things to over come but they are okay for now. Hopefully this helps a bit I can't quite remember the details

Can anyone tell me how is it going now. From this scene it felt like Noah is not happy about Ellen telling her the past and she was the reason why the whole village was burnt off. I thought Noah although kept on associating himself with Ellen but he has plans to take revenge on her.
