from the top of my head, i think shin is trying to stick to reality and knows that as wolfgang is a king now, he will have to follow the rules of the royal court which is to get married to make a royal offspring. personally, the vibe i get off shin is that he doesn't want to get too deep (even thou he literally is) and remain partial to the crown and do what is best for the crown, if you get what i mean. and if wolfgang does get a queen, tbh, going off the storyline, it probably won't go good, either she will be manipulative or looking for the crown herself for example. it will also get inbetween shin and wolfgang's relationship - especially so since we know the extent of their relationship thanks to the mature version thats just been released on tappytoon and here.
