I think they're gonna include it in the next chapter like a flashback or something, but yeah, the part where he woke up after that "slumber" to beat the creator was kinda disappointing.
I hope that they'll do a short flashback of what happened while Jinwoo was inside the dungeon. And how the association presidents of Japan and Korea talked so it would be clear for those who didn't read the novel. They're missing out on something important.

before leaving for japan, jinwoo was invited by the father of his partner the chairman of yujin construction, he wanted to ask jinwoo's help, because he has the sleeping disease like his mother, but jinwoo doesn't want to help him or give him the medicine because he wasn't sure if it is the right decision, he doesn't know the man, if he is sincere or use the medicine to study and make money.. and he doesn't want to make a mistake of helping someone who isn't good.. so, in his mind he needs to know first if the chairman is a good person or just someone greedy and wont let go of his position.. the chairman was very sad buy he cant force jinwoo.. eventhough he doesn't want to hurt his dongsaeng..
news of jinwoo going to japan to solo raid the japan rank s dungeon flew all around the world, many rank s hunters from america thinks that jinwoo is just someone high on his new found power ( newly awakened power because he was e rank hunter before) they bet that he will die a day or two after going there..
past forward...
jinwoo defeated all giants in japan including the one guarding the gate, he was confused when he found out that the real boss is inside the dungeon and not the one who guards the gate ( who they think was, because it was very powerful) its actually only a puppet of the real boss.. the king of the giant who's real identity is a sovereign.. the real boss is very powerful and jinwoo isn't sure if he can defeat the boss.. but to his surprised the boss inside the dungeon is being held captive and chained.. he was the one revealed and explained things to jinwoo.. they made an oath, where one cannot lie from the other, so that made jinwoo able to trust the information he will gain from the boss.. he was told about the rulers or the one with the silver wings he saw in his memories or the shadow sovereign memories.. both the sovereign and rulers were after jinwoo and wanted to kill him.. because him possessing the power of the shadow sovereign is a evidence that the shadow sovereign betrayed the other sovereign, and the rulers are also not happy about this because it was the power of shadow sovereign that was the biggest reason why a lot of the silver wings died during the war ( from the memories again) now that jinwoo is the one blessed with that power they wanted to kill him before he became another threat to them.. so the king of giant said that with jinwoo's current power he cannot win against them, so he wanted to help him in exchange of letting him free.
he also found out the reason why gates (dungeons), powers and magic suddenly appeared on earth.. it was actually the work of both the ruler (silver winged) and the sovereign (the monarchs or demons).. through opening portals that contains dungeon, they are transmitting mana power to earth.. this is the mana crystals and mana auras the monsters have.. so humans eventually having power is also because earth is slowly being filled with mana.. how is it being filled? remember when they cleared dungeons they also take mana crystals, monsters remains and other magical weapons and such and bring it outside the gate to use as magic powers/energy? thats how.. the reason why the rulers and sovereign is filling the earth with mana power? its to prepare the earth as a stage for their battle.. the battle that is showed on jinwoo's memory will happen again, (that is the prophecy) but this time, it will happen on earth.. so yes, this is to prepare earth, so earth can sustain and prevent itself from breaking during war because of the ruler and sovereign powers.. imagine earth as a plate, then imagine the rulers as hummer and sovereign as stone and they started heating earth (the plate) what will happen? it will break... so to prevent earth from breaking they filled it with mana so they can have their battle..
so after learning everything, jinwoo break the chains one by one, but he feels that something is not right.. and his new heart (shadow sovereign heart) is beating abnormally.. it was like it is warning him of something that he shouldn't do.. jinwoo was confused so he stopped breaking the chains and think, why he is feeling uncomfortable.. thats when he realised that the king of giant is also a sovereign who will later participate in the war of the said prophecy.. he the asked the king of giant if he is on the human side.. but jinwoo knew that wasn't the case so jinwoo killed the sovereign before it can kill humans.. and he gained lots of experience and level up..
more spoilers but its too long lmao

additional, jinwoo was able to kill the king of the giant sovereign only because he was chained when he stabbed him..
and that the chains used that are nailed to the dungeon soil has the effect of draining the mana power..
so the sovereign that time is helpless and cant fight.. eventhough it is chained and his power is draining, it still has an overwhelming power..
enough to make jinwoo feel frightened because he knew he can't win against it, if they really fight..

Yeah, I think it was kinda disappointing that they didn't show those parts. Though, I'm pretty sure his dad did appear in the novel. Like, the hole part when Yuri noticed his presence and all. But besides that, the part when Jin-woo collapses and wakes up three days later wasn't there. And it kinda looks like Jin-woo is weaker than it seems. In the novel, he is fine after all that and even lifts up the dead with his power, summons some of his soldiers to carry them, and also carries Cha hae. I also think the emotions mencioned in the novel didn't show at all in the manhwa..but the art is still beautiful.
(sorry for the bad English, it's not my first language)

exactly, especially the part where he explained why he wanted to retrieve the dead bodies.. and no, his father didn't show up in japan at all..
but after his subjugation and while he was on the plane to korea, adam the hunter from america the one with that madam that can upgrade power.. approach him on the plane and tell him about the upcoming hunter meeting in America which jinwoo is invited.. adam informed him before hand as a sign of respecr that his father is a suspect of killing a a rank s hunter in america the one who have a super authority something i forgot the exact term

they wanted to tell him in advance, and that they are not sure and is not confirmed if it was really his father or someone using his fathers body.. they suspect him because he came out from a dungeon.. but yes he really was his father... but the one that killed that super powerful rank s hunter isn't his father but a sovereign or a ruler, haven't read that part yet.. but yes its either of the two..
they (America) only assumed it was jinwoo's father, because at that time only his father has the power to defeat someone of that caliber.. they cannot suspect other hunters because they knew that it isn't a human, and not monster but something completely different..

yeah I remember that part. But in Japan, Yuri did notice someone or 'something' looking at him and it showed that it was Jin-woo's father Seong Il-Hwan
This is from the novel:
[ “It’s like, there’s someone nearby, watching us.”
“Ehh?”
If that weren’t the case, why would Yuri Orlov’s heart tremble non-stop like this? The Russian opened his eyes wider and scanned his vicinity, before angrily shouting out at the top of his voice.
“Who the hell are you? Where are you??”
Too bad, no one replied back to him. No, only the echoes of his voice reverberating within the deserted streets came back to haunt him.
“…..”
One of the Japanese representatives wiped the cold sweat off his forehead and forced out a smile.
“Mister Orlov, the dungeon break is happening tomorrow so there shouldn’t be any foolhardy person waiting around here. Wouldn’t you agree?”
Yuri Orlov snorted out derisively.
“When did I say it was a person?”
“Pardon??”
Yuri Orlov looked at the Japanese representative getting paler by the second with disproving eyes, before tilting his head again.
“Was I mistaken….?”
Unfortunately for him, there indeed was the figure of a person staring at him from the roof of a tall building far away.
‘He’s got a pretty good perception.’
But, then again – when considering where Yuri Orlov drew his powers from, that wouldn’t be such a strange thing.
‘More importantly…..’
The mysterious man’s gaze shifted over to the rank S Gate. The silence was so eerie that it induced a certain disgust in all who looked as it circulated around that giant Gate.
‘……’
The man slowly pulled back the hood covering his face. It revealed the face of an Oriental man in his late thirties. The unkempt and bushy beard covering most of his face told the man’s identity rather clearly.
He was none other than Seong Il-Hwan.
He continued to gaze at the massive Gate with a regretful expression, before pulling the hood back up.
‘Finally… it’s starting.’
Everything was moving according to the schedule.]

it's chapter 153! I also think you should re-read, especially if you only read it once! You catch on details you didn't the first time you read it and it's great! It isn't boring at all, because the emotions of the characters make you feel really addicted to it even if it isn't your first time reading it. I highly recommend it :)
cause the manhwa deviate a little from the novel...
.
.
.
.
in this chapter there is a lot of parts in the novel that isn't included in the manhwa.. and its a little disappointing cause there are important parts that was omitted from the novel.. and some parts added to the manhwa that are NOT in the novel..
the part where jinwoo beat the game makers ass and tortured him to tell him the truth is also cut short in this manhwa chapter.. the part where he collapsed is not in the novel, instead it was cha hae in who was very exhausted from the fight, she was gravely hurt and on the verge of death.. jinwoo's the one who carried her out of the dungeon lair and make her drink health potion from his inventory.. jinwoo also retrieved the dead bodies (of the hunters who died during the fight) inside the collapsing dungeon.. when they safely reached outside the gate, he asked what happened to the subjugation of the rank s dungeon in japan.. and was informed that japan is destroyed.. when he was asked how he found out that the dungeon is the double lair, he told them that he was invited, and asked if they read he told them, that the message only appeared on his head.. the hunters, who were present outside and inside the dungeon were emotional, and there is a reporter mr.kim, who wanted to tell the people that this hunter, that hunter jinwoo is selflessly and willingly want to protect the people of Korea from the dungeons danger.. he was very emotional that he cried knowing/seeing that jinwoo and the hunters faces after the fight.. so instead of realising news of japan in chaos he prioritize and emphasize the sacrifices hunters do to protect them from monsters, which was sold out the next day.. on the other hand jinwoo was having a crisis on whether he should do something about the dungeon break in japan or not.. he doesn't want to be misunderstood by the hunters association (because he found out the schemes of japans hunter association during jeju dungeon subjugation) (japan wants the rank s hunters of korea to die in jeju island) the chairman of koreas hunter association doesn't want to help japan because of this issue, he doesn't want to sacrifice the rank s hunters of korea, cause if something happens to them, no one will be left to protect korea in the future.. so in the end eventhough the chairman is hesitant, but since jinwoo wants to help japan, he said that jinwoo will go and solo raid the dungeon break..
people from japan were very happy and hopeful and thankful because no one is willing to help them and they are on the verge of extinction.. ALSO THE PART WHERE JINWOO'S FATHER BEING IN JAPAN WASN'T IN THE NOVEL. HE WAS ACTUALLY MISSING OR HIDING ACCORDING TO THE US HUNTER ASSOCIATION...
