Now, my curiousity gets wider. I temporarily put this on hold since the rating is not enough but you said this is underrated?!
I think I should start then.

If the premise speaks to you or is interesting to you enough, you should read some chapters before judging it only by it's current rating.

Sometimes the ratings does not always reflect your taste or values.
For instance, a story has a rating of 9.7-8 because of the artstyle and charm but the characters are weak or too pretentious, the story is very misogynistic and the logic is uncomprehensible messed up.
