I don't think they say it directly BUT they express it in their own way ╥﹏╥ it’s a cute story but the most touchable they get is a kiss

Extra information Absolutely there are romantic scenes (they have a lot lovely-dovey moments) BUT only sometimes they get to kiss because they get interrupted or something. Yup it ends just like that, the blue one becomes p.e. teacher and the grey one becomes a doctor
