the one who cheat is seme. uke never sleeps with anyone because he love seme but seme keep doing shits and sleep with other ppl. he don't admit it was seme's child because he already feeling heartbroken being treated like that. when he unconditionally love seme, all he did was fool around with other partner and yet the baby conceived when seme raped uke. you can understand why uke didn't want to let seme knows. he want to move on so if he keep the baby he won't get happiness. he want to avoid the bond since seme only treated uke same like his other partner which breaks uke's heart.
