No there is no harem. In fact, there isn't even romance at all because the story is focused on Cale and his shrewd plans to perfect his slacker life, his party/family, their relationship and battles, adventures, and the other characters they meet, etc. You can say Cale has a harem of admirers though haha, of course in a non-romantic way.
