He repeats SH's question and adds
"...my mind is totally blank.

Then he says:
NK: my lord...
... I....
....
<he blushes a lot and trembles, but Seungho is in state of denial, so he's blind to what is happening in front of him>
SH: ...Pure lies. But your face at least is honest.
And then he proceeds to assume that what Nakuym doesn't dislike is the sex, the physical part. He's in denial that Nakuym might be having feelings and, instead, makes it into a physical thing.

Seungho be rolling in denial like a madmad.
They have sex, but needless to say, it's a forced sex, because you know - Seungho. Despite the fact that Nakyum comes several times, he's still asking Lord to stop (obviously). The way I see this is not that he wants the Lord to stop, because he doesn't want to have sex with him,but rather he wants Seungho to stop doing it like this. He doesn't want this angry, rage filled punishment sex. Not to mention he's still in a state of shock and trauma. He also has some internal dialogue about his own feelings. What is it that he feels towards the Lord if it's not dislike?
Seungho noticed Nakyum's wrist. But he's still not in his right mind to snap out of his current state and investigate. But don't worry, it will all come back to him biting his ass with guilt.
He proclaims to Nakyum, that he will never let him go (⊙…⊙ )
Valet Kim remembers that the doctor had something to say, so he puts on his scarf and heads out. He will most likely play the role in revealing the truth.
Anyway, it wasn't exactly the pavilion 2.0, because now these two have layers upon layers to their relationship. But it was upsetting, since there's so much anger, heartbreak and they are both deeply hurt. I'd say that Nakyum has more patience towards his Lord now, and accepted, to some extent, the situation. He did attempt at making the Lord snap out of it though, and tried to stop him.
But he's still too much of a mess with his own emotions to be able to clearly say anything to Lord.
