Isn't that the plot device commonly used with past lives? For each member to go up against the lead, so they prove themselves?
I can't decide yet. On one hand the storyline is very intriguing. On another... few Shoujo's end up being good till the end because the girls persona is fickle and inconsiderate. She doesn't need to believe what they tell her about past lives. But she should understand what they themselves believe in is real. They think it is real. So telling someone whom one of them pointed out as their enemy, something they told her when shes only just gotten to know this person, is really irritating. Add in the fact Souta is a twisted arrogant brat... my hope for this story really does seem to be declining. The other main characters make this manga redeemable. but this girl... I can see that they will carry her throughout the entire manga. Saving her from countless things she will naively put herself in.
