hi, i understand where you're coming from but i believe the second time the top (i forgot his name lol) was drunk. Drunk sex is still rape even if the top is drunk :) sure he doesn't make it that big of a deal but obviously he didn't drink with the intention of sleeping with the guy.
and "stop" "stop it" are always words of unconsent unless the couple has a safe word, which I'm assuming they don't considering the special circumstances.

I think the issue with this is that it's influencing the minds of others to believe that drunk sex is okay (with the conditions required for it to be classified as rape). I don't judge anyone who reads this and enjoys it but I'd still like people to be aware it IS rape because it's super common within these types of manhwas which are getting popular especially among young people. If they already know this, then I have no problem.
also i kind of understand but rape is very different from bdsm (consensual bdsm) sometimes its not someone's kink which is totally fine but it's different compared to having trauma or something of the sort correlating to rape.
& I'm not sure if this is what you're saying in particular, but someone can take part in something and still disagree with specific parts. For example, it's like if a person lived in New York and was concerned about the amount of homeless people. They still like other aspects of New York, so they wouldn't move just because of that. All they can do is spread awareness about the subject and try to help. Same thing here.
