I think the mom is the one who's doing that
The scene on the first chapter could either be something that happened in the past and that shadow of a man is the "dad" and that kid tied up in the chair could either be one of six kids who tried to escape.. OR it could be the mom and that kid tied up is the little brother of the homeless big brother.
I don't think it's MC. From the beginning there's a lot of hints that it's all revenge.. those pictures and informations on his board and everything.
So like I get the revenge part but whys he torturing homeless guys off the street dude how does tht make u any better than tht killer n how his brother even says he's not tht bad of a guy like huh yeh sire he just kidnapped ur brother for fun
