sorry to say but the red hair is not a bad guy. he's one of the friend who love crossdressing but yeah he somehow looks like a bully. he wasn't bully uke at that time but he was asking uke to do crossdress but seme thought they bully him. thats why you can see uke didn't hate red hair or afraid of him. he just feel that guy is super annoying asking something ridiculous (crossdressing)
Blackmailing your friend into helping you isnt friendship, or even making them do something so far out of their comfort zone. He also was going to force the mc to kiss him in order to show off to his friends. He may not be an antagonist but hes self centered at the very least and i dont like him, which ends up happening a lot where i dont like the redhead in a manga. He might be cool later but rn hes just a jerk, although he might not fully realize hes a jerk since the mc wont tell him
ummm "blackmailing"?? The red haired dude didn't blackmail him into doing anything. He said that if you do this favor for me, I'll do you a favor in return too. Call it some kind of exchange or quite literally "doing favors for one another". Plus, I doubt they were friends in the first place, more like classmates or something like that. AND if the MC didn't want to do it, he could've simply rejected the offer and asked the dude (he's crushing on) himself instead of asking the redhead to do it for him. It's not like the redhead was gonna punch him or push him to model and crossdress..(or else THAT would've been blackmail).
In conclusion: the redhead is NOT a bad guy and he's only appeared in 2/3 chapters, so we (the readers) don't have much info on him. So I'm sure you'll like him in the future because he gives me a "cool, honest, funny (and HOT) friend" vibes lol
PS: I'm 100000% sure the redhead is a good guy because he kept calling our MC when he ran off (must have been really worried) .... who knows, maybe he's our second lead ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
