I think it's pretty clear that they both are compatible and fit each other's need so I guess mangaka might have ended on this note (or not) that they are taking it slow and they will live happily ever after and might as well make a castle (▰˘◡˘▰)
I wish there was a finalization in their relationship, like if they became lovers, stayed as sex friends (with clarification of what it is), or if they decided to move on and find someone else...
