Rape is sex without consent. If you’re intoxicated you can’t consent because you’re not in your right mind. You can’t fully understand the consequences of your decisions. Same thing w minors; legally their brains aren’t developed enough to consent to sex/drinking alcohol/doing drugs. So the first time uke was drunk so it was rape on seme’s part, second time seme was drunk so it was rape on uke’s part. Also I think there should’ve been a TW before the sex scenes bc it was rape.
