I get what you’re saying but not all of it is 100% true.
Gabriel liked Ray since high school, tried to confess at graduation, didn’t, and went to the military. Gabriel still kinda likes Ray but he’s slowly moving on.
Gabriel initially liked only Luke’s voice (as seen early on), but somehow fell for Luke. As we’ve seen, Gabriel is willing to do almost anything to spend time with Luke.
Ray has been shown sides of Gabriel that he hasn’t seen before. And we have recently seen him questioning what Gabriel meant during their high school graduation. Ray obviously cares for Gabriel as any friend would (I’d be concerned too if my friend called me and showed up naked under a trench coat, about to cry).
Luke is aware of Gabriel’s feelings, and has expressed that 1) he’s not a fan of one night stands and 2) he’s not looking for a relationship.
Gabriel continued to shoot his shot despite these factors and Luke ignoring him. However, as the plot develops, Luke is starting to become intrigued by Gabriel and even said that some of his actions are cute.
That being said, the “relationship” between Gabriel and Luke from my understanding seems to be mutual. Luke isn’t leading anyone on cause he said he’s not looking for a relationship. Gabriel seems to be okay with that. Who knows how things will develop from there.
ray has already shown that he has feelings for gabriel but he just doeesnt think gabriel feels the same. also i know gabriel realizes that luke isn’t interested in relationships however it clearly hasn’t hit him properly. he’s still pursuing him and even angel and that one dude know he’s gonna get hurt and even tho luke is showing some signs, he’s still gonna end up hurting gabriel. gabriel knows it but he’s naive and seems to believe that luke will still fall for him that’s why he’s persistent. i’m just waiting for the chapter where luke does sometbing that shows how it really is and then gabriel understand and gets hurt and realizes it wasn’t ever gonna happen. (ofc itll happen later on but whatever lol)
Gabriel is nearly 9 years younger than luke! luke is his first! of course the responsibility of doing the fair thing lies more on luke, who is the real adult here (22 is still far too young not to kid yourself that you're ok with being treated badly by a love interest)
i’m pissed at both gabriel and luke, luke u know the man had feelings for u and if ur fr not gonna start anything with him then cut all ties. gabriel wtf u needs fuckin grow up, u literally know he’s not gonna be with u so why the fuck r u hurting urself. meanwhile ray likes u and u like ray so why tf do u not just grt with him??!! i really want ray to be with gabriel but i know that’s OBVIOUSLY not gonna happen so if and when luke and gabriel actually get together then ray is gonna be heartbroken and is gonna use angel as a rebound but then is actually gonna start falling for him and etc, i just told y’all the whole storyline right here LMFAO
