this is hella fucked up ngl but still i hope the author won't use the FL as a saviour and the only one who can help him get through his trauma. i hate when media uses the love interest to heal fucked up shit guys went through in the past that caused them severe trauma. it is horrible what he was put through and that definitely fucks you up and damages you into adulthood but he still got an empress with the intentions of getting rid of her just so he can be with someone else, like he still did that. even after what people in power did to him, he made that choice. he needs a proper therapist and not a woman to come and save his troubled soul ╮(￣▽￣)╭ i just hope this will get addressed properly, although I doubt it will
