Nakyum is supposed to very forgiving and kind, because he was taught and grew up to listen more to those around him than to himself, which is also why he constantly apologises.
Seungho likes nakyum first because of his painting and second because nakyum is around him I guess.
Nakyum likes seungho because he is so forgiving and because he has no where else to go.

I just don’t know how to feel about Nakyum... he just seems like one of those characters who your always suppose to pity and feel bad for:/ it’s getting annoying. I don’t even know what to say about his relationship with Seungho... it’s been 63 chapters and they have zero chemistry together, I hope there are a lot of chapters left because a lot still needs to be developed. I don’t even know why Nakyum and Seungho like each other???
