they really are not brothers and never were they were just steop brothers if u can call that really step brothers bc they never ever had brotherly love to each other

They met each other when they were in like what high school, they didn’t even grow up together to even have like a brotherly relationship. They only lived together for less than 3 years , they don’t share the same last name and the story is taking place after 8 years of their parents divorce so there is a pretty huge gap there. Idk if you would even call that “family”
