No she didnt reject him..they now know that their feeling are mutual but both of them can't be in a relationship cause of their work and ren's problem haven't been solve. The important part is that they both know their mutual feeling.
They are dating. They call each-other boyfriend/girlfriend. But they still have to hide it from public. Ren will use Kana's ruse to cover up is relationship with Kyoko.
