Definitely not their first manga, but I know what you mean about the flow being weird in some spots. I think it was supposed to be for comedic affect and didn't quite achieve it.

This was gooodd~ there should be at least 7 chapters or maybe a vol. 2 *sobs* but, the story flow was a bit awkward tbh... Maybe this is the author's first manga hmmm...
