She's not going to die, somewhere near the beginning it said very loosely that the illness would be cured within the year ( i think ) she collects all the memories.
Yeah she has to collect the memories which will help her soul connect to her new body and will take a year, the price is that she will suffer during it physically but won't feel the pain.
As much as I don't want litia to die but its so satisfying to me the kind of plot where that lead have an illness cause I really want to see others reactions and this is just so fit for that!!
