I mean she just want to keep him safe. I really don’t care who he ends up with but since his first love was Romantica I want him to be with her.
I'm not quite sure that's the case though. I mean they give the impression that she was his first love, but I wonder more if it wasn't because they were close (like best friends or like siblings) and his inability to save her triggered a need to improve. I mean yes he blushes with her and he's friendlier with her, but often their banter feels more like two really good friends or almost sibling like. He often treats her like little sister in how he praises her. However he treats Adjest differently. He treats her more like an equal. He holds a great deal of respect for her, and he treats her more like a woman rather than a girl. I just feel like they are better suited.
Yes he gonna treat Adjest like a woman they grew up together for years so of course and he knows that she’s strong so she doesn’t need to get babied. But they made it seem like Romantica and Desir was a couple. And also he really shouldn’t be getting with none of them because mentally he’s like 50 which is weird
He knows what they are capable of doing, but he doesn't treat Adjest like the woman he knew in his past life. And why is the age thing only brought up when a man goes back but not when a woman does? Seriously, if it's fine for a woman that goes back after dying to fall in love with a younger version of their childhood friends, why is it not okay for a man? These double standards piss me off.
To me it’s not okay for both of them, like Crimson karma webtoon I don’t want her to get with none of the people because she’s mentally older than them by a lot. And Desir dating his old friend when he lived his whole life with her as a friend not as a girlfriend is so weird. And we never seen how he treated adjest in his past life, but we can infer that he treated her the same.
O guess you missed the part when I said that Desir and Adjest are an item in the novel. The webtoon is changing his love interest.

Oh 10 years. Well I mean like a 20 year old dating a 30 year old. But still though it’s weird if he got together with a person he grew up with as friends and not nothing more.
I think you'd do best reading the novel
I don't have an issue with Romantica, but I like the novel pairing of Desir with Adjest better. She suites him better and trusts him, Romantica questions him constantly which gives the impression of a lack of trust in Desir, no matter how many times he has proven himself. That gets old reeeeaaaaal quick.
