I'm really glad we get to see this side of Shin because I was lowkey always upset that Wolfgang seemed so much more in love than Shin did!
Yup. This way it doesn’t feel so suddenly or surprising when he admitted that he yearned for him.
Yeah we came here bc we're thirsty hoes, no doubt. BUT!! This is the first time we're really seeing what's going on in Shin's head in terms of his feelings and attraction to Wolfgang. In the non-R version, he don't see that he's actually extremely attracted to him, that he longs and lusts for him, and that he wants to be held just as much as Wolfgang wants to hold him. In the other version, it feels like until the end when shin is saved, his true feelings are hidden and overlooked, making Wolfgang look pushy and his love look one-sided. Here, we get to see way more of the other side as well.
