Is this about them using the suffix "-kun"? There was a bonus chapter(?) (extra??) explaining it after Nao learned that Kou is a girl. Nao got too used saying Kou-kun so they just stuck with it (Kou doesn't really care). ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
((If this is about them referring Kou as "they/them", I think it's cuz Kou was usually referred as gender neutral terms, which was why Nao thought Kou was a boy in the first place lol))

oh noo it was because the boys kept using "they" during this chapter when referring to kou when on the other chapters they use she/her so i was a little bit confused if i've missed something but it seems it's just the translation tho. i think it's very cute that nao calls her "kou-kun" and she doesn't mind it ^^ thanks for replying!!

i guess she said she didn't care what people thought she was. I'm not against it in the least; it was just pretty confusing because ever since she appeared they used she/her, and in this chapter it was they/them so i got super confused while reading, i was like they? are they talking about her or is there a other people involved? ╥﹏╥
wait i thought kou was a girl i'm confusion
