He hasnt done anything wrong, but he has shown signs of being sus. He actually knows korean and we know this bc he told Jooin he was sorry when he was asleep in perfect Korean, meaning that despite the fact that he is sorry (for smth we dont know yet) he is hiding smth; he always glares at Yawhi without a reason, because he “supposedly ” doesnt understand the situation etc.. i could keep going xD

but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad guy. he hasn’t done anything to hurt jooin but you know who has YAHWI and some people seem to forget.

If he’s sorry about smth then theres smth we don't know about just yet. So he has done smth wrong xD maybe he doesn't have any bad intentions but that wont change the fact that we dont even know what hes doing in the story and for now he has no reason to be in it more than “protagonist’s love interest rival”. He is sus and I am not confortable with him talking to Jooin xD

Of course Yahwi isnt that good of a person either, I mean, he treated Jooin like a toy and completely ignored his feelings. But at least we know why, its not entirely his fault, but his grandfather’s, who taught him not to be human basically. Maybe smth happened to him apart from what I just said that made him not want to be romantically involved with anyone. But he has shown signs on wanting to change, but thats not smth that happens from one day to the other. Theyre both shit but one came out of nowhere and the other is a terrible person but at least has its reasons. Maybe my opinion changes in some chs who knows xD
