i mentioned this in another comment, but I think they'll push Jeanette as the rightful heir. In real life, the children of deposed kings were still threats to the reigning royal family because of the factions that supported them. It's possible that some nobles will support Jeanette, while others will support Athy. We can't discount the fact that Jeanette uses black magic to get people to like her either.

Exactly, especially since they said that Claude rules with fear and never does anything wholeheartedly. There's surely going to be some people who would rather support the previous emperor and his child.

That's a plausible theory, sp if they announce Jeanette as Claude's other daughter and not Anastacius. Is she older than Athy? If so, then what you said is even more possible.

I think Jeanette is older since Penelope (her mom) was pregnant when she witnessed Claude "killing" his brother. Then, he lived in "debauchery" until he met Diana. Also, you're right, they might introduce Jeanette as Claude's other daughter. Either way, she could be considered the rightful heir since she's older. I'm hoping that's not the case, but what else could explain Anastacius exposing himself like this.

It’s not that the novel wasn’t translated right but they changed the plot completely from the novel for the manhwa. The things happening in the latest chapters never happened. This meeting etc. so from here on it’s going to be an interesting ride. In the novel, Jeanette does try to come out as claude’s daughter, she tells him that but he knows she isn’t so I think the key point here would be Claude waking up. But then again this dude never came in opening in the novel so idk but it’s more public fight now.

I read ahead a few chapters of the novel as well but I dont like MTL so I just dropped it for now until there's a passable korean trans. Generally, I dont mind the change now that they completely deviate to the source but sometimes, it kinda feels like theyre dragging the webtoon too much... If I remember correctly, originally Amnesia! Claude got resolved pretty quickly.

It's been a while so idr the site and most of the stuffs that happened but I'm kinda sure of how Claude regained his memories. Lucas used the branch of the world tree to 'heal' Claude soon after he came back instead of using it to fully regain his past op self (smth like that), er, is that correct?...

Honestly, i am just expecting him to wake up miraculously next chapter lmao cause this dude never revealed himself I think tho doubt it will happen since things are going slow. Also I read it on Wattpad and found it as ok translation.

Anyway, truuuuuu the webtoon is painfully slow. I love wmmap but at the same time, I cant help but think that theyre milking the series 'too' much. They stretched Amnesia! Claude the whole s2 and lookie here we are in s3 and it's still going... Man, IF I didnt love the art style of the webtoon version so much then I prolly be malding now, going all 'oh my gosh they ruined the source material blah blah'
