Uhh, or it could be smudged since the beginning instead (the real portrait looks exactly like that)?? painters paint their perspectives, after all.... that smudgy face could be how felix perceive harry. in literal or metaphorical.

my bad i think i worded that weird. what i mean is im kinda surprised thats how harry's portrait actually looked like since we didnt get to see the whole painting when he sent it for the portfolio
