I didn't bother me so much. It would if they were identical or something, but there was just a resemblance. Besides, lots of people have a "type" and tend to date partners with similar features. That's my opinion anyway.
This manga is amazing, but I feel really uncomfortable/bothered by how mangaka-san decided to make Mizushima look like Fujisawa's ex...
I know Mizu isn't a replacement, it still doesn't feel right
