Kei just wanted him to be more confident and to relax. Hotaru liked him to begin with but was too scared to accept it. Kei “blackmailing” him was just an excuse to hang out with Hotaru and Hotaru never really got angry meaning so part of him was fine with it
yeah i also thought this and felt bad but i think it’s more so teasing?
I wanna cry like I just feel like Hotaru was blackmailed and manipulated throughout this and tbh it made me really sad
