actually you dont have to download at all, you can just google webtoon then click on the website. It also helps the creator get paid and all you have to do is read it for free (unless you want fast pass then you pay). Also there is no ads either so its honestly a better website where its free plus you get to support the creator!
Its a website as well, you dont have to download anything. Why not support the author who is making this so she keeps making it instead of dropping it to get another job because she's broke

Because its a illegal site and If you can read it for free + support a creator who made the comic you should and you dont need to download the app you can just go to The weebsite but the app is easier and you get the notifications every time it updates
