I agree with you really the art was prettier and more realistic when he was a child but now it's getting kinda...... how should I put it.......errrrrrhm kinda cartoonish

I personally think the art is okay and don't notice anything different, but honestly i also found there are many comments who said the art got worse, so it's not only one person's opinion :(
