why does everyone think that the archduke is gay

prob cos he throws out any woman that comes to him and the time they see someone in his room is the short haired Mc which they think is a guy so all the more they think he's gay. :/

And he also does sword fighting half naked with his blind friend and takes bath with him as well ;D like who wouldn’t misunderstand ?
