Hm... I'm personally conflicted. It doesn't seem like rape, because he technically consented to it (in his mind?), but he did say no. It could be rape tho because if you think about it, his ex raped him too (there was never a clear consent whenever they did it), so maybe he sees this as "better than that", so maybe him just letting this happen is him being "used to it", so it is possibly rape. But I'm not 100% sure. It's pretty rapy but then again it's kinda not. It's a weird situation XD
