I remember leaving a comment in Viridiscent Crown saying Why people do not complain there when in fact it follows the same principle as this story. One commenter there said that Eugene fell in love with a “look alike” of his sister which did not sit with him well (well I acknowledge his point there), but the thing is Eugene never thought of Hari as a sibling!! If you compare it with how the two brothers treat Hari, it is literally miles apart. And later it was revealed/implied that Hari really had feelings with Eugene because if she didnt, then she would had an awkward relationship with Eugene after the kiss, but it instead it solidified her feelings with Eugene. So there isnt really anything wrong bec they are not blood related. They didnt even live together for that long before so the brother-sister relationship didnt actually happened.
Yall are saying it would have been better if they didn't live together as a family but mot of you are still complaining in another story (The Viridescent Crown) with an unrelated sister-brother liking each other and never actually lived as a family (most likely never lived together at all until their parents died). Whatever the case is, you will still complain about the fact they are legally a family eventhough they've never seen themselves as a family. So don't say such hypocritical things like "If Hari and Eugene didn't live together at all, I could have agree to their relationship". No you wouldn't. Tchh so many hypocrisy there.
