it isn't highlighted, I don't remember the beginning of the manwha but in the novel its confirmed she doesn't look like their dead sister, the only similarity they have is grey/silver hair, I hope that eases you a bit lol
I wish they didn’t highlight the fact that she looks EXACTLY like the dead sister, it makes the way this is going wayyyy more gross.
