It's not FengFeng's great grandfather who has a cancer, the great grandfather is still meditating on the mountain and it's the grandfather that is sick right now. It's confusing because they look like each other but the sick one is definitly the grandfather who had never met Rourou before ;-)
The grandfather has indeed met rourou.they played together in the hospital and Rourou was the one who healed his cancer.

But is Yi Yi going to die? I think Rourou could prevent it since he has special power
YiYi is not going to die thanks to the amulet the great grandfather did for him (it links FengFeng and Yiyi to each other like a mariage bond and share their fate)
(And yes for Rourou I was saying the grand father hadn't met him until the hospital)

Is Yi Yi going to die? but since the spirit of jade pendant went inside YiYi's body..I think he's safe anyhow. I wonder if that's the main reason why Feng-Feng's great grandfather is having a cancer because he lost the power of jade pendant which can protect him from any harm.
