He does help him, but only a while after the japan’s arc, cause there’s basically a whole situation with jinhoo in america and jinwoo ends up saving the chairman seeing what jinhoo has gone through.
Chairman is not his dad, is Jinho's dad, but he thinks of Jinho as his little bro (a very cute bro). He really is not greedy for money but in his way, he loves Jinho.
