Omg, I really agree with you, exactly what I thought. Umi, you are the most messed up guy I have ever seen in a manga recently, I don't care what his excuse is, he should be put in prison for what he has done, he's a total psycho.
YES... Usually I try to stomach it but, the line had to be drawn when he assaulted her. It got worse as the pages went by.
I don't think I can even read any more. The only way the mangaka can redeem this is to have Umi tortured to death then have his corpse thrown in the river. Hate him.
Like Umi is so f*cked up in the head, please mangaka, DON'T romantize that aspect of him. He freaking harrasses her, humiliates her, physically and sexually abuses her, and even freaking rapes her!?!?! Like WTF how the hell is that 'romantic'?!
Beniko on the other hand I can't tell whether I want to smack her back to reality, like get a grip girl! How can you let him treat you like that?!
Then she goes on that he looks so much like Sora that, damn we know it hurts to let your precious person go but can't you see that Umi isn't the person you should be with. I hope that Umi goes away to get professional help. And He and Beniko not be the end game.
