The video shows a hand and part of the arm. The teacher always covers his arms ( I don't know if both arm have scars, but we know for sure that one has). In the video the arm doesn't have any fabric covering it... and the students was wearing tshirts in the class But I do think the teacher knows the who the bullie is and it's only observing for who knows why. Oh. And about he fidgeting on her phone. Maybe he saw something about her father? He always acts strange when it is related with him ╮(￣▽￣)╭
