Aren't most 18+ bl like that? Anyhow, maybe like Anti P.T. if you haven't read it before? Most dj are like that too, especially Levi x Eren ones or most mha ones. Although it doesn't fit the description, there is one called when the yakuza fall in love. It's 18+ involving a cute kid (not involved in any 18+ stuff or anything) and they 'parent' the kid.
