Yeah, that made no sense whatsoever. Of all the people, why would you push the companion of the guy you're hoping will protect you? Maybe, people do dumb things when pushed to a corner? Still, it grated on me. The writer is going too far to show humans are scum and went a little too far....
Like of all people don't push the companion of the dude who says he will save you because guess what HE WILL NOW LET YOU DIE!!! Like seriously sometimes the survival instincts of side characters are just stupid.
