How good could their marrige be.. Take into acount she just woke up form havung passed out from a fever and yet the husband dosnt give a shit. He proberly told the servants only to inform/ disturb him if something important happend and the wife passing out and being bedrident with fever isnt in that list of priorities

They say that the ML had to kill his cousin to securely get the Duke's seat. And when he did so, the MC was there and she was pregnant. Seeing that brutal killing, she became depressed and whenever she looks at the child, she remembers that incident and becomes afraid of her own son. Thinking that he'll grow up just like his father, a cold-blooded killer. It didn't help that he looked like his dad too.
In the first life, the ML realized his wife's depression and sent her to the countryside to recuperate. She slowly became mentally stable but she contracted a disease and died. The ML stayed by her side until her deathbed.
Also, keep in mind that their marriage didn't begin with love. It's more like they chose each other because they were the best partners they could find. But even if this is so, they truly respected each other and treated one another like how a married couple would. The ML was known to accept all of his wife's wishes and listens to her well.
Maybe in this life, we'll get to see actual romance blooming between them. The one who gave this spoiler didn't say much but you could see that he/she clearly enjoyed the story.

There wasn't anything said about infidelity. Actually, the one who gave the spoiler liked the ML so I'm guessing there's nothing shady that happened.
