I love them both! I can't pick which one I like love more because have something I just adore. Junjou was the first yaoi I have ever read yrs ago and watched the anime too so....it is my yaoi classic. Reading Sekaiichi got me excited especially when the anime came out.
Sekaiichi hatsukoi is my first yaoi and I really like.. I admit, I don't like Junjou romantica at first, but when i watched some.... i do like it now.. but i guess sekaiichi is more my type than junjou
So hard to chose, but I guess i like Junjou a little bit more. They are both great though...
I love both series but if I had to choice it would be Sekiichi Hatsukoi
I like them both a lot for different reasons. However, I kind of lean towards Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. (￣∇￣")
I read JR first obviously cause it was the first release, and then when SH came out, I immediately fell in love with Takano and ritsu story, cause I soooooo relate to them ! but still hard to choose though ><
junjou romantic because it was the first yaoi manga i read and i fall in love with Usagi and Misaki they are the best couple ever than i fell in love with Takano and Ritsu but i still love usagi more maybe because it was my first yaoi manga
JR us my first Manga yaoi but them I discovered SK and I can't pick one love both a lot, the only thing I can say is the two Mangas make my heart siiiing ヾ(☆▽☆)

just like you, my first Nakamura Shungiku's manga is JR (not first yaoi manga), but I find SH more enjoyable for me
